Introduction
The Elpho Info is a free community newsletter for the people of Elphinstone, Central Victoria, Australia. It is a non-profit community newsletter and member of the Community Newsletter Association of Victoria (CNAV). Funding for the printing comes from the Elphinstone Facilities Committee and all advertising, mainly from local business, goes to the committee to maintain public spaces and buildings in the town.

Issues
Issues are put together and distributed in March, June, September and December.
Distribution
Everyone who gets their mail through the Elphinstone Post Office gets a copy either in their Post Office box or can pick one up from the Post Office when they collect their mail. And of course anyone, anywhere, can read it online here.
